Hi, I'm Emmily Stufflet!
My love for storytelling and communications stems from my unique experience living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) - a neuromuscular disorder affecting the peripheral nerves, resulting in muscle loss in my hands and legs. Growing up, my life has been deeply influenced by compassionate individuals who prioritize helping others and making a positive impact in their community. Now, it's my turn to follow their example.
My personal and professional experience with nonprofit organizations has taught me how to advocate for myself and causes I care about. I hope to use my passions - disability advocacy, visual creation, management, and public speaking to name a few - to help others find and use their voice for good.
Join me on my journey as a 20-year-old living with a rare disability, guided by empathy and a unique perspective.
